Location: Sydney Inner, New South Wales   Kinetic Defence is the leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace industries. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer who is looking for a challenging role with a specialist consulting company in this field. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience in the Defence industry. General Duties Review of maintenance history and operation of all systems and components effecting safe operation. Review of the available failure data including the systematic analysis of incident reports. System analysis, identifying systems/components that are under-maintained. System analysis identifying systems/components that have exceeded their lifetime expectancy and that require replacement. Review of the current planned maintenance schedule in place. Recommended revised planned maintenance strategy and schedule, supported by a detailed cost analysis for implementation. Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications required in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in a Maintenance Engineering environment. Experience in conducting RCM tasks in a client-facing role would be an advantage.
