Working in a fun and friendly professional team you will be brought up to speed in the following technical areas: Microsoft Windows XP Microsoft Office 2003 Microsoft Outlook Citrix Helpdesk Call Logging Software Active Directory Hardware/Software To be successful in this position you will be a recent graduate from TAFE or University having studied IT or Engineering and ideally you will have completed your MCP.
