Kinder Caring is a well established and well known organisation that specialises in the provision of Home Care Nursing since 1998.
Kinder Caring is the first organisation to be awarded the highly respected Australian Council of Health Standards (ACHS) Accreditation in NSW.
We currently have a number of positions around the Sydney Metropolitan area for professional and courteous Nurses and EINs to provide care to patients mainly choosing to stay at home.
Responsibilities:
* Provide in Home nursing for Aged, Pallative, Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Wound Care, Rehabilitation and Injury Management and care for the Disabled.
* Assist patients to be comfortable in their home and with their needs.
Essential Experience:
* it is preferred that you have experience within Aged Care either in a Home Nursing, Community Hospitals, Hostels, Public and Private Hospitals etc.
* It is preferred that you have your own transport however it is not essential.
