Joining the fast paced Finance Management team and assisting the Financial Controller, your new tasks will include: - Prioritising tasks for the Financial Controller - Diary and Calender management - Processing purchase requests - Assisting in the preparation and support for conferences and workshops Ideally you will have 2 years + experience in an administration or junior PA role within the insurance or the financial services industry and possess superior organisational and relationship management skills. Please Note: This role is a 12 month maternity leave position. This role also has the possibility of moving to Sydney Olympic Park late 2008/early 2009.
